乡村振兴背景下“人才贡献积分评价制”的审视与完善--以重庆市渝北区为例

人才是乡村振兴的基础和关键。乡村振兴战略提出3年多来,各地在探索乡村人才振兴方面推出了一系列有力举措,其中较为典型的就有重庆市渝北区于2018年试行的“人才贡献积分评价制”。通过探讨渝北区“人才贡献积分评价制”的操作要点、应用条件以及优势和不足,不仅能够帮助其进一步完善机制设计,更好地推动当地乡村振兴人才的培育工作,同时还能为各地乡村人才振兴提供模式参考与借鉴。

Talent is the foundation and key to rural revitalization.In the three years since the strategy of rural revitalization was proposed,a series of powerful measures have been launched in exploring rural talent revitalization in various places,among which the“Talent Contribution Points Evaluation System”piloted in Yubei District of Chongqing City in 2018 is a typical example.By discussing the operating points,application conditions,and insufficient advantages of the“Talent Contribution Points Evaluation System”in Yubei District,it can not only help it further improve its system design,and better promote the cultivation of talents for local rural revitalization,but it can also provide model reference and reference for rural talent revitalization.
