新《档案法》实施背景下档案文创产品价值共创策略探析

Value Co-creation Strategies of Archival Cultural and Creative Products under the Background of the Implementation of the New Archives Law

作为档案资源开发利用工作的重要内容,如何创造并实现档案文创产品的价值,日益成为档案领域的一项重要课题。文章结合新《档案法》,从价值共创主体的视角出发研究了档案文创产品的开发利用。档案人员应推动档案科技在文创产品上的应用与转化,组建专业化的文创团队;档案服务企业应积极提供特色服务与创意方案,为文创产品的数字化开发提供技术支持;社会公众应积极参与文创产品的开发与推广活动,主动地进行需求表达与意见反馈。

As an important part of the development and utilization of archival resources,how to create and realize the value of archival cultural and creative products has increasingly become an important subject in the archives field.In combination with the new Archives Law,this paper studies the development and utilization of archival cultural and creative products from the perspective of value co-creation subjects,thinking that archivists should promote the application and transformation of archival technology in cultural and creative products and establish a professional cultural and creative team.Archives service enterprises should actively provide characteristic services and creative schemes and provide technical support for the digital development of cultural and creative products.The public should actively participate in the development and promotion of cultural and creative products,and actively express their needs and give feedback.
