摘要
档案治理作为一种新的档案管理理念,是国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要支撑。档案治理法治化建设是实现档案治理体系和治理能力现代化的基本途径。新《档案法》体现了档案治理的理念和思想,对实现档案治理法治化和现代化具有重要的价值和意义。在新《档案法》实施背景下,档案治理法治化建设的重点包括完善档案法律法规体系、强化《档案法》宣传工作、提升档案执法能力、推进档案法治现代化等方面。
Archives governance as a new concept of archives management,is the important support of modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.the construction of the rule of law for archives governance is the basic way to modernize the archives governance system and governance capabilities.The new"Archives Law"embodies many concepts and thoughts of archives governance,and has important value and significance for realizing the legalization and modernization of archives governance.In the context of the implementation of the new"Archives Law",the focus of the construction of the legalization of archives governance includes improving the system of archives laws and regulations,strengthening the publicity of the archives law,improving the ability of archives law enforcement,advancing the modernization of the rule of law in archives,etc.
