摘要
自进入互联网时代,很多传统模式正在悄然发生变化,网购已成为人们重要的购物方式之一。加强对网购食品安全的监管已成为当前函待解决的问题。主要讨论了网上食品购物安全保障的法律问题,明确网购食品安全的相关概念,分析在线食品安全监管存在的问题,并结合我国的在线食品安全监管现状分析,提出了网购食品安全监管的对策。
Since entering the Internet era,many traditional models are changing quietly.Online shopping has become one of the most important shopping ways for people.Strengthening the supervision of online food safety has become a problem to be solved.This paper mainly discussed the legal issues of online food shopping security.First of all,the relevant concepts of online food safety are clarified and the problems of online food safety supervision are analyzed.Finally,combining with the analysis of the current situation of online food safety supervision in China,suggestions were put forward for the legal improvement of online food safety supervision.
