摘要 以提取液中黄芪皂苷含量为评价指标,通过单因素及响应面试验确定乙醇体积浓度、料液比、浸提时间和浸提温度对黄芪皂苷提取效果的影响确定最优提取工艺。试验结果表明,黄芪皂苷最优提取工艺条件为:乙醇体积浓度80%,料液比1∶10,浸提时间1.5 h,浸提温度50℃,该条件下浸提液中黄芪皂苷含量为12.20 mg/mL。 In order to establish the optimal conditions for the extraction of astragaloside by alcohol,the concentration of astragaloside was used as the evaluation index,and the ethanol concentration,material-to-liquid ratio,extraction time and extraction temperature were used to determine the effect of extracting astragaloside by single factor and response surface tests.The impact of the establishment of the optimal extraction process.The results showed that the optimal extraction process conditions for astragaloside were ethanol concentration 80%,material-liquid ratio 1∶10,extraction time 1.5 h,and extraction temperature 50℃.Under these conditions,the content of astragaloside in the extract was12.20 mg/mL.
