摘要
采用平板培养法,对新旧土壤中的微生物进行培养,经26SrDNA序列分析技术及系统发育树的构建,分析了汾酒发酵室新旧土壤中的酵母菌多样性,初步得到了汾酒发酵室新旧土壤样品中酵母菌类别,群落组成,不同土壤中物种差异。
Using culturable microorganism plate culture method and 26SrDNA sequence analysis,and constructing phylogenetic tree,we analyzed the yeast diversity in the old and new soil samples of Fen liquor fermentation room,and preliminarily obtained the yeast types,community composition,and species differences in different soil samples.
