Model Adverbs of“biran”(必然)Category in Beijing Dialect at the End of Qing Dynasty and Early Republic of China

语气副词是汉语表达句子情态的主要手段之一,它用在命题之外,表达言者/作者对于命题的主观态度,从而留下“自我印记”。本文以清末民初时期代表性的京味儿小说作为研究的基础语料,讨论清末民初北京话必然类语气副词的类别和语义、语法特征。

Modal adverbs are one of the main means to express sentence modality in Chinese.They are not in the proposition but express the subjective attitude of the speaker/author towards propositions,which leaves a“self-imprint”of the speaker/author.Based on the representative Beijing novels of the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China,this paper discusses the categories,semantic and grammatical features of the“biran”(必然)category of modal adverbs in Beijing dialect.
