摘要
通过对上海市实验学校690名高中生的问卷调查,并对7名高中生和7名成长导师进行访谈,分析高中全员成长导师的指导效果及影响因素。研究结果发现:导师实际指导频次低于学生期望;导师更倾向于线下的团体指导;导师指导内容偏重学科学习;学生对导师的指导态度总体满意。在众多影响因素中,导师的外在指导行为(指导方式、内容)和内在指导特征(导师态度、师生关系)是影响成长导师指导效果的两大重要因素。在此基础上,研究提出如下建议:适当增加线下单独指导的频次;在指导内容上应将学科学习与个人生活并重;要以亲切友善和倾听理解的态度指导学生。
Based on a survey of 690 senior high school students in Shanghai Experimental School and the interviews with 7 students and 7 growth mentors,this paper has analyzed the implementation status and influencing factors of growth mentors in high schools.It has found that firstly,the actual frequency of mentoring from mentors is lower than students’expectation;sec⁃ondly,mentors tend to do group mentoring offline;thirdly,the content of mentoring lays emphasis on the subject learning;and fi⁃nally,students are generally satisfied with their mentors’attitude.Among the many influencing factors,the external mentoring behavior,like mentoring method and content,and the internal mentoring characteristics,such as the mentor’s attitude and the teacher-student relationship are two significant factors for the effect of mentoring.According to the above research findings,the following suggestions are put forward:the frequency of the offline mentoring should be appropriately increasing;for the content of mentoring,equal importance should be given to both subject learning and students’personal life;and in mentoring,mentors should listen to and understand students in a cordial and friendly manner.
