教师合作的国际研究及其启示

International Research on Teacher Collaboration and Its Implications

摘要 教师合作是促进学生学习、教师发展和学校改革的重要途径,研究发现:国际学者从文化、效能、组织和专业四个维度来研究教师合作,教师合作面临合作时空受限、合作态度消极、合作技能不充分、行政的干预、学校合作文化缺失等困境,学校场域的教师合作条件和教师个体的合作态度与行为是影响教师合作的主要因素。据此,为了推动教师合作的有效实现,需要全面理解教师合作的内涵,有重点地关注现实中存在的教师合作困境,有差别地考察不同因素对教师合作的影响。 Teacher collaboration is an important way to promote student learning,teacher professional development,and school reform.The findings have showed that international scholars study teacher collaboration in four dimensions of culture,effi⁃cacy,organization,and profession;teacher collaboration faces such dilemmas as limited time and space for collaboration,nega⁃tive attitudes towards collaboration,inadequate collaboration skills,administrative intervention and a lack of a collaborative school culture;and the conditions for teacher collaboration in the school field and individual teachers’attitudes and behaviors to⁃wards collaboration are the main factors that affect teacher collaboration.Accordingly,in order to promote the effective realization of teacher collaboration,there is a need for a comprehensive understanding of what teacher collaboration is,a focused attention to the problems of teacher collaboration that exist in reality,and a differentiated examination of the impact of different factors on teacher collaboration.
