Study on the Dilemmas of Educational Punishment and Its Countermeasures

教育惩戒是中央关心、社会关注、群众关切的热点问题。教育惩戒在现实中面临的困境,与社会对教育惩戒的价值、教育惩戒主体的身份、教育惩戒的合法性与合理性等的疑虑密切相关。教育惩戒问题困境的化解,需要从多方面切入,统筹进行:引导各主体形成正确的教育价值观,重建教师专业身份、社会地位的民众认同,不断健全完善相关法律法规等。

Educational punishment is a big concern to the central government,the society,and the public.Its dilemmas in reality are closely related to the social doubts about its value,the identity of its subject,and its legitimacy and rationality.To solve such dilemmas,great efforts from various aspects should be committed in a coordinated manner.Specifically,we should guide all subjects to form correct educational values,reconstruct public recognition of teachers’professional identity and social status,and constantly improve the relevant laws and regulations.
