七氟醚对胎儿大脑毒性作用机制及干预措施研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 七氟醚在儿科和产科麻醉中被广泛应用多年。胎儿大脑发育对药物和妊娠期间的子宫内环境敏感。在孕期进行的手术和胎儿干预过程中,母体暴露于七氟醚可能会对胎儿造成神经毒性,并可能导致胎儿的神经发育障碍。七氟醚对胎儿大脑有一定的神经毒性,其作用可能与神经细胞凋亡、突触可塑性的改变、神经炎症、神经元迁移缺陷、神经干细胞增殖抑制和异常甲基化有关。目前已有研究提出了相应的改善方法,包括药物性及非药物性干预措施。现就胎儿大脑的生长和发育、七氟醚暴露对胎儿大脑的影响和妊娠期七氟醚暴露对胎儿大脑损伤的机制以及干预措施进行综述,为胎儿麻醉和相关脑保护措施提供理论依据和参考。
