摘要 在27t轴重60kg/m钢轨12号单开道岔研制成功的基础上,对与其配套的27t轴重60kg/m钢轨12号5.0m线间距交叉渡线道岔进行设计。本文介绍了交叉渡线道岔的平面线型、结构设计、扣件系统、轨下基础等关键技术。该道岔是一种新型重载渡线道岔,可与现有160km/h的提速道岔用交叉渡线道岔实现替换;其单开辙叉、锐角辙叉、钝角辙叉均采用合金钢组合辙叉,以达到延长道岔及其部件使用寿命的目的;采用弹性铰接装置可有效隔断震动的传递,调整铰接岔枕之间离缝。 Based on the successful development of 27 t axle load 60 kg/m rail No.12 single turnout,the 27 t axle load 60 kg/m rail No.12 scissors crossover turnout with 5.0 m line spacing was designed.This paper introduced the key technologies of scissors crossover turnout,such as plane layout,structural design,fastening system,under-rail foundation and so on.The turnout is a new type of heavy load crossover turnout,which can be replaced with the existing 160 km/h speed-up turnout with scissors crossover turnout.The single frog,acute angle frog and obtuse angle frog adopt alloy steel combination frog,so as to prolong the service life of turnout and its components.The elastic articulated device can effectively isolate the transmission of vibration and adjust the gap between articulated sleepers.
