Objective:To evaluate the application effect of PDCA circulation nursing mode in laparoscopic repair of gastric perforation,so as to provide reference for clinical nurses to choose reasonable nursing regimen. Methods:A total of 70 patients who underwent laparoscopic repair of gastric perforation in Kangping People's Hospital from January 1,2018 to December 31,2019 were selected as the research objects, and the patients were numbered according to the parity of admission time, according to the random number table method, they were randomly divided into two groups-group A and group B(35 cases in each group).Group B received routine surgical nursing measures, group A adopted PDCA circulation nursing mode. The postoperative recovery effect, nutritional status and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results:The postoperative exhaust time, recovery time of bowel sounds and hospitalization time in group A were shorter than those in group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nutritional indexes in group A were higher than those in group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in group A was lower than that in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:In laparoscopic repair of gastric perforation, the clinical nursing effect of PDCA circulation nursing mode is significant, which is worthy of clinical reference.
