高韧性人造石聚酯树脂的合成、生产及表征

Synthesis, Manufacture and Characterization of High-toughness Artificial Stone Resin

合成并扩大化生产了高韧性人造石树脂,并对树脂进行了红外表征和树脂浇注块物理性能测试,结果表明,合成的石英石树脂具有较好的韧性,断裂延伸率达到了14%左右,其红外结果表明扩大化生产后其结构保持不变。

High-toughness artificial stone resin was synthesized and expanded,and the resin was characterized by infrared and the physical properties of the resin casting block were tested.The results showed that the synthesized quartz stone resin has good toughness and the elongation at break reached 14%around,its infrared results show that its structure remains unchanged after expanded production.
