摘要
以含二氧化硫盐酸和乙醇为原料,氯化锌为催化剂,采用反应精馏的方法制备氯乙烷。通过对氯化氢与乙醇的物质的量比、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量和催化剂重复次数进行考察,结果表明,用含二氧化硫盐酸和乙醇制备氯乙烷的合适条件:氯化氢与乙醇的物质的量比为1∶1.1,反应温度为130℃、反应时间为100 min、催化剂用量110 g,氯乙烷的产率达91.2%,纯度在99.6%以上,催化剂重复5次,氯乙烷的产率仍然在90%以上。此法大大提高了含硫盐酸的利用率,减轻对环境的污染。
Using sulfur dioxide-containing hydrochloric acid and ethanol as raw materials,zinc chloride as a catalyst,the method of reactive distillation is used to prepare ethyl chloride.Through the investigation of the molar ratio of hydrogen chloride to ethanol,the reaction temperature,the reaction time,the amount of catalyst and the number of catalyst repetitions,the results show that the appropriate conditions for preparing chloroethane with sulfur dioxide hydrochloric acid and ethanol:the molar ratio of hydrogen chloride to ethanol is 1∶1.1.The reaction temperature is 130℃,the reaction time is 100min,the amount of catalyst is 110 g,the yield of ethyl chloride is 91.2%,the purity is above 99.6%,the catalyst is repeated 5 times,and the yield of ethyl chloride is still above 90%.This method greatly improves the utilization rate of sulfur-containing hydrochloric acid and reduces environmental pollution.
