摘要
藁本内酯主要来源于当归、川芎等传统的中药材,其在心脑血管、循环系统以及免疫功能等方面具有较强的药理作用。本文在对藁本内酯的来源、药理作用进行简要概述的基础上,并总结近年来藁本内酯在透皮吸收领域的较为前沿的研究成果,为之后藁本内酯透皮吸收制剂的研究提供较为科学的理论依据。
Ligusticum has strong pharmacological effects in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular,circulatory and immune functions,which mainly comes from the traditional Chinese herbal medicine,which is represented by angelica and chuanxiong.In this paper,the plant origin,extraction process,physical and chemical properties of lactone were briefly summarized,and the research results of lactone in transdermal absorption in recent years were summarized,which provided a more scientific theoretical basis for the deeper study of lactone.
