抗坏血酸是人体最重要的维生素之一。根据抗坏血酸的还原性和产生有色化合物的能力,文献中描述了许多测定抗坏血酸的技术。对这些方法进行了综述,主要包括光学方法、色谱法、电化学分析法等方法,同时还对比分析了各种方法的优缺点,为抗坏血酸的检测方法提供了一些参考。

Ascorbic acid is one of the most important vitamins in the human body.Based on the reducibility of ascorbic acid and the ability to produce colored compounds,many techniques for the determination of ascorbic acid have been described in the literature.These methods have been reviewed,mainly including optical methods,chromatography,electrochemical analysis and other methods.At the same time,the advantages and disadvantages of various methods are compared and analyzed,which provides some references for the determination of ascorbic acid.
