一种快速提取土壤中半挥发性有机物的方法

摘要 利用涡旋仪提取土壤中65种半挥发物,经浓缩定容后,采用质谱仪进行定性定量分析。通过基体加标实验,优化了涡旋提取方法。涡旋提取土壤中65种半挥发性有机物的加标回收率在45%~146%之间,能满足土壤中半挥发性有机物的测定。 A method for the rapid extraction of 65 semivolatile organic compounds in soil by vortex extraction was established.The extract solution was concentrated,then 65 semivolatile organic compounds were indentified and measured by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The recoveries of semivolatile organic compounds in soil were investigated and the extraction conditions were optimized and established.The recoveries of 65 organic compounds in soil by spiking range from 45%~146%,The results showed vortex extraction can be used for the determination of semivolatile organic compounds in soil.
