摘要
以绥中36-1原油常二线蜡油和秦皇岛32-6原油常二线蜡油为混合原料,采用加氢脱酸-糠醛白土精制工艺,生产1-10 ℃变压器油。通过分析各生产阶段油品气体组成的变化,得到了电精制脱氮过程会产生大量乙烯及乙烷的结论。在调整加工工艺后,降低了此过程油品乙烯、乙烷的含量,并最终通过超精密脱水过滤装置,使成品变压器油品中乙烯及乙烷含量均降为零,大幅度提高了油品质量。
1-10 ℃ transformer oil was produced from Suizhong 36-1 crude oil and Qinhuangdao 32-6 crude oil by hydrodeacidification and furfural clay refining process.By analyzing the gas composition change of various production processes,the electric refined denitrification process produced large amounts of ethylene and ethane.The adjustment of process can reduce the content of ethylene and ethane.Ultimately through ultra-precision dehydration filtering device,the ethylene and ethane contents of transformer oil are zero,greatly improved the product quality.
