文化自信视野下西迁精神的意蕴追溯及价值挖掘

On the Implication Tracing and Value Excavation of the Spirit of“Moving to the Western Regions”from the Viewpoint of Cultural Confidence

文运同国运相牵,文脉同国脉相连。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记基于对世情、国情和党情的深刻把握,从推动社会主义文化繁荣发展、实现中华民族伟大复兴的历史高度,提出了“文化自信”的重大命题。中华优秀传统文化、中国革命文化和社会主义先进文化是文化自信的根基与源泉。作为孕育生成于社会主义建设时期、发展成熟于改革开放时期的精神文化,西迁精神与中华优秀传统文化、中国革命文化一脉相承,成为社会主义先进文化的重要组成部分。立足于文化自信的视野,追溯其生成意蕴以及挖掘其时代价值,对于进一步深化西迁精神研究,以西迁精神凝心聚气、振奋精神进行中国特色社会主义建设具有重要的现实意义。

Cultural and national futures are closely related with each other.After the 18th National Congress of CPC,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the significant preposition of“Cultural Confidence”,which was based on his deep understanding of the national,international and the Party’s present situation,and on the historical height of promoting the Socialist prosperity and Chinese nation’s great rejuvenation.Traditional culture,revolutionary culture and progressive Socialist culture form the base and sources of cultural confidence.The Spirit of“Moving to Western Regions”,which was bred in Socialist construction period and developed in the reform and opening-up period,inherited China’s traditional and revolutionary cultures and became an important part of progressive Socialist culture.From the viewpoint of cultural confidence,this paper traces the implication and excavates the contemporary value of this Spirit,which is of great practical significance for its further study and the construction of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics under the stimulation of the Spirit.
