The construction of a system of"people-centered"discourse power is a response to the needs of constructing material civilization and spiritual civilization under the background of the new era.It is based on inheriting,absorbing and developing excellent traditional culture,Marxist theory,and Chinese and foreign philosophical thoughts,to form an ethical construction of subjectivity,value,and practicality.It shows the evolution process of inheritance and development coexisting in logic and practice,from"the people being the foundation of the country"to"people-orientation",from"serving the people"to"benefiting the people",and from"the people making history"to"co-construction,co-governance and sharing".It realizes the connection and stage preparation from"people-centered"to"people′s comprehensive and free development"from the perspective of theoretical construction.Therefore,it has important times value and practical significance.
