Fish Slurry Optimization Treatment

通过添加絮凝剂、食品增稠剂以及盐析试剂,对鱼溶浆进行处理。结果表明,盐析是处理鱼溶浆的适宜方式,其中聚合硫酸铁、硫酸亚铁、氯化铁及碳酸钠具有较显著的效果,使鱼溶浆样品出现了分层现象。这为降低鱼溶浆水分含量、改良鱼粉生产工艺及提升品质提供了重要的探索方向。

By adding flocculants,food thickeners and salting-out reagents,the fish slurry was processed.The results showed that salting-out was a suitable way to treat fish slurry,and salting-out reagents such as polyferric sulfate,ferrous sulfate,ferric chloride and sodium carbonate had significant effects,making the fish slurry sample delaminating.It provided an important exploration direction for reducing the water content of fish slurry,improving fish meal production technology and improving quality.
