摘要
采用问卷调查的方式,对虾稻米市场需求情况进行了调查研究。结果表明:消费者对虾稻米的认知度较低,没听说过虾稻米的受访者占比高达49.52%;消费者购买大米受品牌效应的影响,其经常购买的大米多为知名品牌,如金龙鱼、福临门、华润五丰等;消费者购买大米时更注重大米的品质和安全问题。
A questionnaire survey was used to investigate the market demand for shrimp rice.The results showed that consumers′awareness of shrimp rice was low,and 49.52%of respondents had never heard of shrimp rice;consumers′purchase of rice was affected by the brand effect,and most of the rice they bought frequently was from well-known brands,such as Arawana,Fortune,CR Ng Fung,etc.;consumers paid more attention to the quality and safety of rice when buying rice.
