多流道协同产品输送控制系统设计应用

摘要 针对当前食品行业产品车间的大批量连续生产,多岔道汇合的各段产品输送设备控制系统间协同性不强、人为干预操作较多的问题,引入区域规划自动协同调节控制方法,采用一整套足够点位的PLC控制系统进行整体规划控制设计,实现车间所有交叉、关联输送带及产品的实时情况跟踪检测与自动协同调节控制的自适应规划输送。实践证明:该系统使用操作简单、稳定可靠、各段输送高度自动协同,提高了产品安全生产系数,提高了产品工艺生产指标,增加了企业经济效益和提高了品牌社会效应。 In view of the problems of large-scale continuous production in food industry workshop,weak cooperation between control systems of product conveying equipment in each section of multi fork convergence,and more human intervention operation,this paper introduces the automatic collaborative adjustment control method of regional planning,and adopts a set of PLC control system with enough points for overall planning and control design,so as to realize all cross,associated conveyor belts and control systems in the workshop The product real-time situation tracking detection and automatic collaborative adjustment control of adaptive planning transportation.Practice has proved that:the system is simple to operate,stable and reliable,the conveying height of each section is automatically coordinated,the product safety production coefficient is improved,the product process production index is improved,the enterprise economic benefit and the brand social effect are increased.
