摘要 以冷凝吸附法油气回收装置为研究对象,该文设计了基于SIMATIC S7-200 Smart的油气回收监控系统。该系统以PLC为控制核心,通过串行RS-485通信口与触摸屏相连组成HMI人机界面作为现场监控;触摸屏作为Modbus TCP/IP转发设备与PC机建立通讯,在PC机中通过组态软件进行Web发布实现远程监控。通过现场设备运行,满足了对油气回收工艺的监控要求。 Taking the condensation adsorption method oil and gas recovery device as the research object,a oil and gas recovery monitoring system based on SIMATIC S7-200 Smart is designed.The system uses PLC as the control core,and connects to the touch screen through the serial RS-485 communication port to form an HMI human-machine interface as on-site monitoring;the touch screen is used as a Modbus TCP/IP forwarding device to establish communication with the PC,and through the configuration software in the PC Perform Web publishing to realize remote monitoring.Through the operation of on-site equipment,the monitoring requirements for the oil and gas recovery process are met.
