摘要 针对传统水务现场感知终端数据上报的困难,研发了一种基于窄带物联网的NB远程测控终端,设计了数据传输监测系统的架构。设备采用窄带物联网通信方式实现数据的远程传输,支持2路模拟信号、2路数字信号的采集,并具备串口参数配置、调试信息显示、数据定时上报、异常数据报警、历史数据存储等功能。该文描述了NB-RTU的应用背景,对硬件关键模块的设计进行详细阐述,对嵌入式软件设计流程进行了描述。该设备已在实际现场中应用,供电方便,数据采集高效,运行可靠。实验证明该设备可用于智能抄表、管网监测、管网减耗等场合,可提高数据采集上报的效率,降低数据接入成本,可为同类采集终端设计提供参考。 For the difficulties of traditional water field-aware terminal data reporting,an ultra-low power NB remote terminal unit based on narrowband Internet of Things has been developed,and the architecture of data transmission monitoring system has been designed.The function of the terminal includes the acquisition of 2 channels of analog signal and 2 channels of digital signal,serial port parameter configuration,debugging information display,data timing report,abnormal data alarm,historical data storage etc.The background of NB-RTU is described.The hardware design is elaborated in details and embedded-software design is expounded in flowchart.The NB-RTU has been run reliably for a long time in the water affairs field,with convenient power supply,accurate and efficient data acquisition.Experiments show that NB-RTU can be used for intelligent meter reading,pipe network monitoring and pipe network loss in water service field,which can improve the efficiency of data collection and reporting with reducing the cost of data access.It can be a reference for such kind remote terminal.
