摘要
运用空间自回归模型对长江经济带2000—2018年面板数据进行实证研究,在分析交通基础设施对农村剩余劳动力转移影响机理的基础上,考察普通公路、铁路以及水路对农村剩余劳动力转移的异质性作用。研究发现:普通公路对农村剩余劳动力的就地转移有积极作用,其“本地效应”较强;包含高速公路的铁路基础设施“跨区域效应”较强,能有效吸引大量中西部城市农村剩余劳动力向东部沿海城市转移就业;水路交通对农村剩余劳动力转移不具有显著影响。
Based on the panel data of the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2000 to 2018,the spatial autoregressive model was used to conduct an empirical study.Based on the analysis of the influence mechanism of transportation infrastructure on the transfer of rural surplus labor,the heterogeneity of ordinary roads,railways and waterways on the transfer of rural surplus labor was investigated.The results show that the general highway has a positive effect on the local transfer of rural surplus labor,and its“local effect”is strong.Railway infrastructure,including expressways,has a strong“trans-regional effect”,which can effectively attract a large number of rural surplus labors in the central and western cities to the eastern coastal cities for employment.Waterway traffic has no significant effect on the transfer of rural surplus labor force.
