河南省优秀女子空手道运动员体能特征的分组比较研究

Group Comparision of Physical Characteristic of Henan Elite Female Karate Players

对18名河南省现役优秀女子空手道运动员体能特征进行分组研究。河南省优秀女子空手道运动员的体能特征主要表现为:运动员上肢较长、上臂围度表现突出;优秀组运动员的心肺功能、有氧和无氧代谢水平都高于一般组;优秀组运动员在爆发力、速度力量、专项速度、无氧耐力、专项柔韧和灵敏素质优于一般组。研究认为,优秀女子空手道运动员身体素质中速度素质是首要素质,力量素质的爆发力、耐力素质的速度性、灵敏素质的快速性是关键要素。

The physical characteristics of 18 elite female karate athletes in Henan Province were studied in groups.The results show that the physical characteristics of elite female karate athletes in Henan Province are as follows:long upper limbs and prominent upper arm circumference;the cardiac function,aerobic and anaerobic metabolism levels of elite athletes are higher than those of ordinary athletes.Athletes in the excellent group are better than those in the general group in explosive power,speed strength,special speed,anaerobic endurance,special flexibility and agility.According to the research,the speed quality is the primary quality in the physical quality of the elite female karate athletes,and the explosive power of the strength quality,the speed of the endurance quality and the rapidity of the agility quality are the key elements.
