摘要
根据两种足弓形态特征,把小学生分为两组进行对比,将最大负重深蹲两倍体重的体院学生分为两组进行比较研究。选取小学生和最大负重深蹲两倍体重的体院学生,旨在探究两种足弓形态对无力量基础阶段和进阶力量阶段的纵跳能力的影响程度,研究两种足弓形态对纵跳能力的影响。综合运用文献资料法、对比分析法、数理统计法,揭示两类足弓形态对纵跳能力的影响,为未来运动员选材提供参考。结果表明:在最大深蹲重量与自身体重的比值相等的条件下,正常足的纵跳能力优于扁平足;随着深蹲力量的提高,足弓形态对纵跳能力的影响越来越大。足弓形态在进阶力量阶段对纵跳能力的影响比无力量基础阶段更显著;在纵跳影响运动成绩较大的运动项目中,进行运动员选材时,应避免选择扁平足。
According to the morphological characteristics of the two arches,the pupils were divided into two groups for comparison.The students with the maximum weight and the weight of the body were divided into two groups for comparative study.Two very different groups of primary school students and the largest weight-bearing body-study students were selected to explore the influence of the two arch forms on the vertical jump ability of the non-power base stage and the advanced strength stage.The influence of the shape of the arch of the foot is the vertical jump ability.The literature data method,comparative analysis method and mathematical statistics method are used to reveal the influence of two types of arch forms on vertical jumping ability,which provides reference for future athletes’selection.The results show the following conclusions.Under the condition that the ratio of the maximum squat weight to the body weight is equal,the vertical hopping ability of the normal foot is better than that of the flat foot.With the improvement of the squat strength,the influence of the arch shape on the vertical jump ability is increasing.In sports that vertical jump has much influence,the choice of athletes should avoid the choice of flat feet.
