摘要
针对加工中心快速可靠性试验中加载手段不足的问题,基于GB/T 23567系列标准对加工中心快速可靠性试验系统进行功能分析与设计,构建基于模拟工况的轴向加载装置与主轴加载装置,实现轴线载荷加载控制以及主轴扭矩加载控制。使用该系统对样品开展一系列加载试验,通过对比分析可靠性指标,验证了该可靠性试验系统的功能。研究结果为提高行业数控加工中心可靠性试验和检测能力提供支撑。
In order to solve the problem of insufficient loading means in the fast reliability test for machining center,the function analysis and design of the fast reliability test system for machining center were carried out based on GB/T 23567 series standards,and then the axial loading device and the spindle loading device based on simulated working condition were constructed to realize the axial load control and the spindle torque loading control.A series of loading tests were carried out on the sample by using the system.Through comparison and analysis of the reliability indexes,the functionality of the reliability test system was verified.The research results provide support for improving the reliability test and detection ability of the CNC machine center.
