摘要 研究基圆-变径基圆-基圆组合型线涡旋盘的优化设计问题。根据该组合型线的特点和涡旋盘的形成方法得到了涡旋盘的几何模型,建立了行程容积和面积利用系数为优化目标的数学优化模型,利用MATLAB遗传算法工具箱对目标函数进行多目标优化,同时与具有相同涡旋圈数的基圆渐开线涡旋盘进行对比,还讨论了设计参数对行程容积和面积利用系数的影响。结果表明:优化后的两个目标函数值较优化前均有提高,且优于基圆渐开线涡旋盘,表明了该优化模型的有效性,为该组合型线涡旋盘的优化设计提供了参考。 The optimization design of the scroll plate with combined profile which is composed of base circle involute,variable radius base circle involute,base circle involute was studied.The geometric model of the scroll plate was obtained according to the characteristics of the combined profile and the formation method of the scroll plate.The mathematical model taking the stroke volume and area utilization coefficient as the objective function was established,then MATLAB genetic algorithm toolbox was used to perform multi-objective optimization of the objective function,and the comparison between the base circle involute scroll with the same number of scroll turns and the combined profile was analyzed.The influence of design parameters on the stroke volume and area utilization coefficient were discussed separately.The results show that the two objective functions values after optimization are improved compared with those before optimization,and are better than the base circle involute scroll plate.It shows the effectiveness of the optimization model and provides reference for the optimal design of the scroll plate with combined profile.
