双圆盘转子系统轴弯曲故障研究

摘要 通过SolidWorks建立一个带有初始轴弯曲故障的双圆盘转子系统,将建立的3D模型导入ANSYS Workbench中并进行模态以及瞬态分析。通过模态分析得到其前3阶模态,结果表明:随着转速的增加,弯曲轴的径向位移不断增加。以1阶固有频率为基础,在1阶固有频率附近选取几个不同的转频,通过瞬态分析得到关于双圆盘转子系统不同转频下的时域图。通过机械故障综合模拟实验台完成相应的实验,以验证仿真结果的正确性。 A dual-disk rotor system with initial shaft bending failure was established through SolidWorks,and the established 3D model was imported into ANSYS Workbench for modal and transient analysis.The first 3 order modes were obtained through modal analysis,the results showed that the radial displacement of the crankshaft increased with the increase of rotational speed.Based on the first-order natural frequency,several different rotation frequencies were selected near the first-order natural frequency,and the transient analysis was used to obtain the dual-disk rotor system time domain diagrams at different rotation frequencies.Corresponding experiments were completed through the mechanical failure comprehensive simulation experiment platform to verify the correctness of the simulation results.
