摘要
以2009—2018年全国31个省份的面板数据为蓝本,利用熵值法测算各省份的科技金融发展水平,运用线性分析法测算各省份科技金融对实体经济增长的贡献度,并将31个省份划分为四类地区进行聚类分析。结果显示:中国科技金融发展的速度提升较快,东部地区的科技金融指数明显高于中西部地区,而且四类地区的区域异质性明显。因而优化科技金融的资源配置、加快科技金融的平台建设,能够促进科技金融更好地服务于实体经济的发展。
Based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2009 to 2018,this paper uses entropy method to measure the development level of sci-tech finance in each province,uses linear correlation to measure the contribution of sci-tech finance in each province to the growth of real economy,and divides 31 provinces into four categories for cluster.The results show that the development of sci-tech finance in China is fast,the index of sci-tech finance in the eastern China is obviously higher than that in central and western China,and the regional heterogeneity of the four types of regions is obvious.Therefore,through optimizing the resources allocation of sci-tech finance,and accelerating the construction of sci-tech finance platform,sci-tech finance can be promoted to better serve the development of real economy.
