摘要
采用实验法、实地考察法、对比分析法、数理统计法等研究方法,对延安大学附属中学初二年级2个班级中运用领会教学法进行实验研究。研究结果显示,领会教学法是一种新型的教学方法,能有效提高学生的学习效率,增强学习效果。合理运用领会教学法将为当前体育课程教学改革注入新的活力,可进行推广,更好地提高青少年体质健康水平。
Through experiment,field investigation,comparative analysis,statistics and other research methods,the application of understanding teaching method was studied in two classes of grade two in the Affiliated Middle School to Yan’an university.The results showed that the understanding teaching method was a new teaching method that colld effectively improve students’learning efficiency and enhance the learning effect.Rational use of understanding teaching method would inject new vitality into the current teaching reform of physical education and should be promoted to improve health level of teenagers.
