摘要 目前我国绝大多数民办高校人才流失的情况十分严重,其主要的原因是人才自身、学校、社会环境等因素影响,那么如何才能留住人才并促进民办高校的可持续发展已经成为教育事业工作者所重视的任务。本文从民办高校人才流失问题的特征、民办高校人才流失的现状分析、民办高校人才流失的主要原因以及民办高校人才流失的有效对策这几个方面展开讨论,并对民办高校的人才流失问题研究与对策提出了个人的见解。 At present,brain drain in most private colleges and universities in China is very serious as a result of talents,schools,social environment and other factors.Thus,how to retain talents and promote the sustainable development of private colleges has become a task that draws the attention of educational workers.This paper discusses the characteristics of the brain drain in private colleges,analyzed the current situation,main reasons and effective countermeasures,including some personal ideas.
