摘要
新自由主义是当代资本主义的制度载体。相关国家的实践表明,新自由主义全球化具有整合民族国家的一般历史趋势,这一历史趋势的本质特征和内在逻辑是资本扩张。新自由主义在全球拓展、实现资本扩张的历史过程中,呈现出内在的结构性矛盾。这一内在矛盾经过不同环节转化,在一定程度上导致新自由主义全球化面临着历史限度。当前,资本主义面临的危机变局、进行的政策调整是这种历史限度的合乎逻辑的表现和结果。新自由主义困境为人类全球化的推进开辟了新的空间,世界体系将在加速调整中重塑。中国与世界相互依存,中国道路所取得的成就为透视新自由主义困境提供了镜鉴,中国方案为全球化的发展提供了方向选择。
Neoliberalism is the major system of contemporary capitalism.Neoliberal globalization has the general historical trend of integrating nation-state.The essential feature and internal logic of this historical trend is capital expansion.It presents internal structural contradictions.This internal contradiction has been transformed through different links,which leads to the historical limit of neoliberal globalization to a certain extent.At present,the crisis and policy adjustment faced by capitalism are the logical expression and result of this historical limit.The dilemma of Neoliberalism has opened up a new space for the promotion of human globalization,and the world system will explore a new direction in accelerating adjustment.At the same time,the achievements of China's road provide a mirror for the perspective of the plight of neoliberalism,and the China plan provides a direction choice for the development of globalization.
