糖皮质激素对急性重症胰腺炎大鼠肾功能及肠功能的改善作用实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨糖皮质激素对重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)大鼠肾功能及肠功能的改善作用。方法:将急性重症胰腺炎大鼠42只随机分为三组:模型组、氢化可的松组与甲泼尼龙组,每组14只。对模型组、氢化可的松组与甲泼尼龙组大鼠分别给予尾静脉注射无菌生理盐水、氢化可的松、甲泼尼龙治疗,记录肾功能及肠功能的改善情况。结果:氢化可的松组与甲泼尼龙组治疗第2周与第4周的血清肌酐(Cr)与尿素氮(BUN)值、胰腺细胞凋亡指数、回肠黏膜组织病理学评分、胰头部组织血栓素A2(TXA2)蛋白相对表达水平低于模型组(均P<0.05),氢化可的松组与甲泼尼龙组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:糖皮质激素在急性重症胰腺炎大鼠的应用能促进改善肾功能及肠功能,抑制大鼠血清TXA2的释放,降低胰腺细胞凋亡率。 Objective:To investigate the effect of glucocorticoid on improving renal function and intestinal function in rats with severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).Methods:42 rats with SAP were randomly divided into model group,hydrocortisone group and methylprednisolone group,with 14 rats in each group.The rats in model group,hydrocortisone group and methylprednisolone group were given sterile normal saline,hydrocortisone and methylprednisolone via tail vein respectively.The improvement of renal function and intestinal function were recorded.Results:The serum creatinine(Cr)and urea nitrogen(BUN)values,pancreatic cell apoptosis index,ileal mucosal histopathology score,relative expression level of pancreatic headtissue thromboxane A2(TXA2)protein at the 2nd and 4th week of treatment in the hydrocortisone group and methylprednisolone group were lower than those of the model group(all P<0.05),but there were no significant differences between the hydrocortisone group and the methylprednisolone group(all P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of glucocorticoids in rats with SAP can improve renal function and intestinal function,inhibit the release of serum TXA2 in rats,and reduce the rate of pancreatic cell apoptosis.
