糖尿病患者种植体周围炎治疗研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 口腔种植修复作为一种新兴的修复方式,比传统修复方式更具优势。种植体周围炎作为种植修复后的常见并发症,严重影响种植修复的预后。糖尿病是种植体周围炎的危险因素,既往研究表明其能促进种植体周围炎的发生与发展,但其影响种植体周围炎的具体机制尚不明确。糖尿病患者种植体周围炎的发病机制及治疗是目前临床研究的热点之一。虽然糖尿病患者种植体周围炎的治疗尚无确切方案,但药物治疗、血糖控制以及激光治疗等多种治疗措施在临床研究和动物实验中已显示出良好的效果。现就近年来糖尿病患者种植体周围炎治疗方法的相关研究进行综述。 Oral implant restoration,as an emerging restoration method,has more advantages than traditional restoration methods.As the most common complication after implant restoration,peri-implant inflammation seriously affects the prognosis of implant restoration.Diabetes is a risk factor for peri-implantitis,previous studies have shown that it can promote the occurrence and development of peri-implantitis,but the specific mechanism of its influence on peri-implantitis is still unclear.The pathogenesis and treatment of peri-implantitis in diabetic patients is one of the hotspots of clinical research.Although there is no exact plan for the treatment of peri-implantitis in diabetic patients,a variety of treatment measures,including drug treatment,blood sugar control and laser treatment,have shown good results in clinical studies and animal experiments,and are expected to be used in diabetic implants.This article reviews recent studies on the treatment of peri-implantitis in diabetic patients.
