钛酸钡形貌对聚偏氟乙烯基复合材料介电性能的影响 被引量:1

Effects of barium titanate morphology on the dielectric properties of polyvinylidene fluoride based composites

摘要 采用静电纺丝法制备钛酸钡纤维(BT NFs),将BT NFs和钛酸钡粒子(BT NPs)分别与聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)溶液共混制备PVDF基复合材料。对钛酸钡填料的结构形貌进行表征,并对比研究钛酸钡形貌对复合材料介电性能的影响。结果表明:BT NPs和BT NFs均为立方相结构,相较于BT NPs,BT NFs在PVDF中分散性更好,对复合材料的介电常数提升更明显,在频率为100Hz时,BT NFs/PVDF的介电常数为26.2,比纯PVDF和BT NPs/PVDF分别提高194%和55%,且低频下BT NFs/PVDF的介电损耗低于BT NPs/PVDF复合材料。 Barium titanate nanofibers(BT NFs)fabricated by electrospinning and barium titanate nanoparticles(BT NPs)were solution blended with polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)to prepare BT NFs/PVDF and BT NPs/PVDF composites,respectively.The structure and morphology of Barium titanate fillers were characterized and the effects of barium titanate morphology on the dielectric properties of composites were investigated.Results indicated that both BT NFs and BT NPs are cubic phase.Compared to BT NPs,BT NFs have better dispersion in PVDF matrix and enhance the dielectric constant of composites evidently.The dielectric constant of BT NFs/PVDF composites is 26.2 at 100Hz,which is 194%and 55%higher than that of pure PVDF and BT NPs/PVDF composites,respectively.In addition,the dielectric loss of BT NFs/PVDF composites at low frequency range is lower than that of BT NPs/PVDF composites.
