摘要
3,5-二叔丁基邻苯醌模型物与H_(2)O_(2)反应,先采用GC-MS进行定性分析,然后用紫外-可见分光光度法来定量分析氧化降解过程中邻苯醌浓度的变化规律,在最大吸收波长处测量一定浓度样品溶液的吸光度,并与一定浓度的对照溶液的吸光度进行比较,采用吸收系数法求出样品溶液的浓度;直观的表征邻苯醌发色基团与H2O2反应时的变化特性,为进一步动力学研究提供了一种方法路径。
The 3,5-di-tert-butyl-o-benzoquinone model compound reacted with hydrogen peroxide.Qualitative analysis was carried out by GC-MS,and then the variation of o-benzoquinone concentration in the process of oxidative degradation was quantitatively analyzed by UV Vis spectrophotometry.The absorbance of a certain concentration of sample solution was measured at the maximum absorption wavelength,and compared with that of a certain concentration of control solution The concentration of the sample solution can be calculated,and the change characteristics of o-benzoquinone chromophore group with hydrogen peroxide can be directly characterized,which provides a method for further kinetic study.
