直接水解法生产高纯氧化铝工艺研究

摘要 直接水解法是制备高纯氧化铝粉的新技术,具有纯度高、粒径小、无污染、成本低等优点,但直接水解法中原料铝粉和水的纯度直接影响产品的品质,在生产过程中,用金属刀制成铝粉时可混入铁离子、烧结温度的控制及粉碎装置,对制备高纯氧化铝产品的纯度和粒度有直接影响。本文采用高纯度的铝或对铝进行提纯,来降低生产成本;使用高纯水避免金属离子污染;使用合金刀将铝块(条)加工成铝粉,从而避免混入铁离子污染;通过烧结温度进行控制及气流粉碎装置来提高产品粒度。这些措施的应用确保了直接水解法生产的纯氧化铝纯度高、生产成本低的高附加值。 Direct hydrolysis is a new technology to prepare high purity aluminum oxide powder,which has the advantages of high purity,small particle size,no pollution and low cost.However,the purity of raw aluminum powder and water directly affects the quality of products.In the production process,iron ions can be mixed into the aluminum powder made by metal knife.The control of sintering temperature and crushing device have a direct impact on the purity and particle size of the product.In this paper,high purity aluminum or aluminum purification,to reduce the production cost;Use high purity water to avoid metal ion pollution;Use the alloy knife to process the aluminum block(bar)into aluminum powder,so as to avoid mixing with iron pollution;Through sintering temperature control and airflow crushing device to improve the product size.The application of these measures ensures that the pure alumina produced by direct hydrolysis has high purity,low production cost and high added value.
