摘要
本文研究了活性炭纤维/聚苯胺复合材料的制备方法,重点讨论了HCl和(NH4)2S2O8的用量、氧化剂滴加的时间对电容性能的影响。结果表明:活性碳纤维/聚苯胺复合电极材料可同时用作超级电容器的正、负极材料,但作为正极材料时,表现出相对稳定、优越的电性能。在室温下,活性碳纤维/聚苯胺复合材料的最佳原位聚合条件是:苯胺和HCl物质的量比是1∶2,苯胺与(NH4)2S2O8(氧化剂)的物质的量比是1∶1,(NH4)2S2O8的滴加时间是1.5h。
This paper studied approaches to the preparation of activated carbon fiber/polyaniline composites electrode materials.Particularly,the influence of chemical polymerization conditions,such as amount of hydrochloric acid and APS,dropping time of oxidant are discussed.The experiment results show that,the activated carbon fiber/polyaniline composites electrode materials can be used as the positive and negative materials,at the same time,as the positive materials,it shows relatively stable and superior electrical properties.At room temperature,the optimal polymerizing conditions in this research are:AN∶HCl=1∶2;AN∶APS=1∶1;the dropping time of APS is 1.5h.
