摘要
石墨烯制备的高性能分离膜,净化水质成本高昂,对水质中的污染物截留率和去除率较低,因此,研究氧化石墨烯改性聚砜超滤膜的制备方法,并应用在水质净化中。根据选择的实验药品和制备器械,制备氧化石墨烯改性聚砜超滤膜;检测超滤膜结构,并计算氧化石墨烯改性聚砜超滤膜纯水通量、污染物截留率、抗污染性3种性能;并将氧化石墨烯改性聚砜超滤膜应用在水质净化中。实验测试结果显示:氧化石墨烯改性聚砜超滤膜,对水质中的污染物去除率和截留率较高,对去除污染物的纯水,具有较高的水通量。制成的超滤膜,在适宜的压力作用下,可以提高膜对水质中的污染物截留率和水通量。
The high performance separation membrane prepared by graphene has high cost of purifying water quality and low rejection rate and removal rate of pollutants in water quality.Therefore,the preparation method of graphene oxide modified polysulfone ultrafiltration membrane is studied and applied in water quality purification.According to the selected experimental drugs and preparation instruments,graphene oxide modified polysulfone ultrafiltration membrane was prepared,the structure of ultrafiltration membrane was detected,and the pure water flux,pollutant rejection rate and anti-pollution properties of graphene oxide modified polysulfone ultrafiltration membrane were calculated.Graphene oxide modified polysulfone ultrafiltration membrane was applied to water purification.The experimental results show that graphene oxide modified polysulfone ultrafiltration membrane has higher removal rate and rejection rate of pollutants in water quality,and higher water flux for pure water removing pollutants.Under suitable pressure,the ultrafiltration membrane can improve the pollutant rejection rate and water flux.
