Innovative Research on the Construction of Logistics Management Talents Training System in“Dual Pilot”

2019年,教育部提出“1+X证书”试点、本科层次职业教育试点,简称“双试点”,拉开了职业院校新一轮教育改革的序幕。由于高速发展的物流行业急需解决高层次高技能应用型物流人才短缺的问题,物流管理被纳入“双试点”,因而对“双试点”物流管理专业人才培养体系建设创新研究极具意义。将物流管理“1+X证书”制度融入物流管理专业人才培养体系、课程体系、实训体系、资源体系、创新创业人才培养体系,对物流管理专业本科层次职业教育试点人才培养体系建设准确定位,能有效解决企业高层次高技能应用型物流人才短缺的问题。

The Ministry of Education has put forward“1+X”certificate pilot and undergraduate vocational education pilot program in 2019,that is the“Dual Pilot”program,which opened the prelude of vocational education reform.As the rapid development of logistics industry needs to solve the shortage of high-level,high-skilled and application-oriented logistics talents,logistics management has been included in the“Dual Pilot”,which is of great significance to the innovative research on the construction of its professionals training system.It can effectively solve enterprises'needs for high-level,high-skilled and application-oriented logistics talents by integrating the“1+X”certificate system of logistics management into its personnel training system,curriculum system,training system,resource system,innovative and entrepreneurial talents training system.The accurate positioning of the construction of the pilot talents training system for the undergraduate level vocational education of logistics management specialty can effectively solve the problem of enterprises'demand for high-level and high skilled applied logistics talents。
