摘要
实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(qPCR)的准确度和精密度容易受到很多因素的影响,数字聚合酶链反应(dPCR)作为一种新的分子定量技术,以其更高的敏感度、精密度、独立于标准曲线及更高的抗干扰能力等优点,近年来在病原体基因检测中逐渐兴起。该文将dPCR技术的特点、优势、不足及在病原体检测中的应用进行综述。
The accuracy and precision of real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction(qPCR)are susceptible to many factors.Digital polymerase chain reaction(dPCR),as a new molecular quantitative technique,has emerged in pathogen gene detection in recent years with advantages of higher sensitivity,precision,independence from standard curves and higher anti-interference ability.This article reviews the characteristics,progress and applications of dPCR in pathogen gene detection of pathogen,and its prospect in the future.
