摘要 试验旨在研究不同配比玉米、小麦和糖蜜对混合饲料糊化特性的影响。在实验室条件下,以4种不同品种的玉米、3种不同品种的小麦以及糖蜜为材料,采用快速黏度分析仪(RVA)对17种不同配比的混合饲料糊化特性进行测定。结果表明,不同配比对混合饲料的糊化特性有着均一影响。起始糊化温度与玉米含量呈正相关,与小麦含量呈负相关。糖蜜可显著降低混合饲料的峰值黏度。糖蜜在玉米含量较高时,提高混合饲料的崩解值,而在小麦含量较高时降低混合饲料的崩解值。回生值受三者成分的交互作用影响,糖蜜可显著降低混合饲料的回生值,减缓混合饲料的老化。 The purpose of this paper was to study the effects of different ratios on pasting properties of corn,wheat and molasses mixed feed.Under laboratory conditions,17 kinds of mixed feeds with different proportions were determined by rapid viscosity analyzer(RVA)with four different varieties of corn,three different varieties of wheat and molasses as materials.The results showed that the pasting properties of mixed feed were affected by raw materials proportions.The initial pasting temperature was positively cor related with corn content and negatively correlated with wheat contents.Molasses could significantly re duce the peak viscosity of mixed feed.Molasses increased the disintegration value of the mixed feed,when corn contents were high,but decreased when wheat contents were high.Molasses could significant ly reduce the retrogradation value of mixed feed and slow down the aging of mixed feed.
