摘要
嘉峪关宏晟电热公司#4机组凝汽器为哈尔滨汽轮机厂配套生产的N-19500-1型凝汽器,该凝汽器配套两套凝汽器管束清洁胶球装置,经常出现收球率低的现象。作者通过设备现状分析,找出三个积球原因,并提出相应的技术方案、工作原理,并通过数据对实施改造后效果进行评价,为系统解决凝汽器收球率的问题提供实际参考,对同类设备具有很大的实用价值。
The condenser of unit 4 of Jiayuguan Hongsheng electric heating Co.,Ltd.is n-19500-1 type condenser produced by Harbin steam turbine works.The condenser is equipped with two sets of condenser tube bundle cleaning rubber ball devices,which often leads to low ball collecting rate.Throughthe analysis of the current situation of the equipment;the author finds out three causes of ball accumulation,puts forward the corresponding technical scheme and working principle,and evaluates the effect after the implementation of the transformation through the data;which provides a practical reference for the system to solve the problem of ball collection rate of condenser,and has great practical value for similar equipment.
