基于NSSE的大学生学习投入度研究

目前高等教育质量主要聚焦于高校在学术方面的声望、资源、产出等因素。人才培养是高等教育的根本任务,文章从学生学习投入度维度探讨高等教育的质量保障和评估,丰富现有评价体系。详细介绍美国国家大学生学习性投入调查项目的理论基础、项目实施过程、评价指标体系等。借鉴NSSE指标体系基础上,制作本土化问卷、实施问卷调查,最后给出建议措施。

At present,when it comes to the quality of higher education,people mainly focuses on universities'academic reputation,resources,output and other factors.Talent training is the fundamental task of higher education.This paper discusses the quality assurance and evaluation of higher education from the dimension of students'learning input,hoping to complement the existing evaluation system.This paper introduces in detail the theoretical basis,project implementation process,evaluation index system of college students study input in America.Based on the NSSE index system,the localization questionnaire and the implementation questionnaire are made,and finally the suggested measures are given.
