基于OBE理念的信管专业人才培养模式研究

将OBE理念引入到信管专业人才培养模式中,提出基于成果导向的校企协同培养模式,并从培养模式的本质、信管专业的教育产出要求、学习产出效果的促产机制三方面展开探讨。为OBE理念下的信管专业人才培养模式改革与创新提供新的思路。

The paper introduces the OBE idea into the talent education model of information management major,and proposes the college-company joint education model based on results oriented.Moreover,the study carries out the discussion from the three aspects of the essence of the education model,education output requirements of information management major and promotion mechanism of education output effect to provide new ideas for the revolution and innovation of talents education model research of information management major based on OBE idea.
