开放获取期刊学术影响力评价指标体系研究

Research on the Evaluating Indicator System for Academic Influence on Open Access Journals

开放获取期刊作为一种新的学术成果交流与传播模式,需要一套符合其自身特点的多元评价指标体系来对其学术影响力进行科学评价。本文充分考虑开放获取期刊的独特属性,并结合传统学术期刊评价指标,从学术水平、期刊声誉、传播力度、受关注度4个方面构建一套开放获取期刊学术影响力评价指标体系,并利用层次分析法进行赋权,最后抽取10种医学领域开放获取期刊进行验证。结果表明,构建的指标体系具有一定的合理性和科学性。

Based on the basic concept of academic influence of open access journals,this paper provides a new perspective for evaluating open access journals,and constructs a set of multiple evaluation index system which conforms to the characteristics and trends of the current open access movement.Combined with traditional journal evaluation index and open access journal attributes,fully considering the influence of journals,for public spread from academic level,periodical reputation,strength,attention four aspects to build a set of the target layer,criterion layer and index layer composed of evaluation index system,using Analytic Hierarchy Process to empowerment,Ten open access journals in the medical field were selected for verification.The result shows that the index system is reasonable and scientific.
